MINNEAPOLIS, MN – October 13th, 2026 – Ancoats is proud to announce the promotions of four team members: Maddie Aase to Senior Project Manager, Andy Rather to Senior Superintendent, Mridula Arun to Assistant Project Manager II, Mia Marriott to Assistant Project Manager I, and Alyssa Ottman to Project Manager I.

Maddie Aase, Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager at Ancoats, Maddie provides leadership and oversight throughout every phase of construction, from preconstruction planning through project completion. She manages project teams, coordinates with subcontractors and design partners, and ensures projects are delivered with a focus on quality, schedule, and budget. As Ancoats’ Hospitality Market Sector Leader, Maddie also plays a key role in strengthening client relationships and growing our presence in the hospitality industry. Her attention to detail, proactive communication, and commitment to exceptional service help create a better construction experience for our customers and project partners.
Andy Rather, Senior Superintendent
Andy brings extensive field experience and a strong understanding of construction operations to his role. His leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality help keep projects moving forward while maintaining the high standards Ancoats is known for. As Senior Superintendent, Andy will continue to play an important role in leading field operations, supporting project teams, and delivering successful outcomes for clients.
Mridula Arun, Assistant Project Manager II
Mridula’s promotion recognizes her continued professional development and contributions to the project management team. With a detail-oriented, collaborative approach, she helps coordinate project activities, maintain clear communication, and support successful execution. In her expanded role, Mridula will take on greater responsibilities while continuing to strengthen relationships with clients, project partners, and colleagues.
Mia Marriott, Assistant Project Manager I
Mia has demonstrated a commitment to learning, collaboration, and supporting the successful delivery of Ancoats projects. Her proactive approach and willingness to take on new challenges have contributed to her growth within the company. As Assistant Project Manager I, Mia will continue developing her project management expertise and taking on increased responsibilities throughout the construction process.
Alyssa Ottman, Project Manager I
Alyssa’s promotion to Project Manager I reflects her continued growth, leadership, and dedication to delivering quality work. Her attention to detail, coordination with project teams, and solutions-oriented approach have made her a valued member of Ancoats. In her new role, Alyssa will take on greater responsibility in managing projects, supporting client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery.
