Named after the bird, Starling is Jester Concepts’ latest visionary restaurant concept and their first suburban, neighborhood eatery.
The 3,700 SF restaurant is small and intimate with high quality finishes throughout. While not a large project, the project team rose to several design obstacles, including the addition of a fully-enclosed, four season patio originally intended as an outdoor amenity for the building.
