Doug Henley brings nine years of construction experience to Ancoats, with a background that began in high-end custom home framing before transitioning into project management for residential remodeling. His hands-on experience gives him a strong understanding of the coordination, attention to detail, and teamwork required to move a project successfully from start to finish.
As Assistant Superintendent, Doug enjoys working alongside project teams and trade partners to bring each space to completion and see it put to use. He is organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented, and brings a practical approach to the jobsite and a strong commitment to supporting the team.
