Bio-Techne is a Minneapolis-based global manufacturer of research and GMP-grade products serving the biotech industry. In partnership with HCM Architects, Bio-Techne selected Ancoats to serve as general contractor to renovate an existing, dated lab into a GMP-grade clean room to serve the Antibodies and Proteins business unit.
The project involved routing new process systems to the space, along with upgraded mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
