Neogen Corporation, a Lansing, Michigan-based animal and food safety science business, hired Ancoats to serve as the CM-at-Risk for a multi-phase remodel to house the former Food Safety division of 3M.
With HGA as the architect and engineer, the project involved a remodel of an existing 40,000 square foot facility to better serve the unique office and lab needs of Neogen’s business. The work included office improvements, R&D, BSL-1 and BSL-2 labs along with a complete overhaul of the process services and mechanical infrastructure.
