This renovation revitalized a historical space in downtown Excelsior. This project marked Ancoats’ third collaboration with Jester Concept as their construction partner.
By combining the vision of Jester Concepts with the creativity of Studio Grey, we transformed an underutilized speakeasy into a vibrant Parlour Bar, similar to their locations in the North Loop and St. Paul.
