Guided by the project charter: Establish “an irresistible force to gather”, the new Phase II office building is an innovative and inspiring office and resource center, expanding SICK’s presence in Bloomington and firmly establishing its North American headquarters campus.
The building will include office and lab environments, along with a conferencing center and full service cafeteria. Led by SICK’s commitment to sustainability, the project also includes several progressive design initiatives, including geothermal heating and cooling and a concrete structure with the lowest embodied carbon ever installed in the state of Minnesota.
