In what marks our fourth year of continuous engagement with Boston Scientific and over 20 projects completed to-date, Ancoats is serving as the construction manager at-risk for the multi-phase renovation to the Weaver Lake campus.
Designed by RSP, the 8-month project started early 2026 and includes over 40,000 SF of clean rooms for medical device manufacturing and R&D. The project will be delivered in phases to accommodate rapid delivery of critical research and production spaces, ensuring the seamless continuation of end-user occupancy for Boston Scientific.
