Shiki Noods is the latest ramen restaurant concept from Jester Concepts.
While simultaneously building the neighboring restaurant, Mirabelle, Ancoats completed Shiki within an active building, which required thoughtful planning, detailed scheduling, and close collaboration. The result is a seamless experience that blends Asian-inspired design with the building’s historic charm.
