In partnership with Xcel Energy and design lead HGA, this renovation transforms traditional office space into a more flexible, collaborative environment. The updated floor includes restrooms, conference rooms, a media center, huddle and focus areas, a work café, and a library; reimagining the workplace experience within a legacy building.
This project balances modern office needs with the complexities of working inside a fully operational, decades-old building supporting Xcel Energy’s long-term vision to modernize their headquarters while honoring its historic roots.
