Ancoats’ diverse portfolio includes projects such as the SICK, Inc. North American Headquarters Campus Phase I and II in Bloomington, valued at $21 million and $56 million, respectively. The firm has managed the construction of a $18 million parking ramp for the Bloomington Port Authority and more than twenty clean room manufacturing and laboratory projects for Boston Scientific, Bio-Techne, and Neogen. Ancoats is also known for its award-winning work in the hospitality space, including Starling in Edina and Parlour Bar in Excelsior.
